Which capture card?

Title says it all. I've got an older rig (P4 2.53) that I want to use as a combined backend/frontend for mythtv. I've loaded it up with Ubuntu and I've got myth but now all I need is some kind of capture card. Must be linux supported, and doesn't need to do HD. I'll also be using dish network as my source.

Btw, something hit me while I was typing this. Dish Network's signal is already encoded using MPEG 2 so I'm assuming I'll just need something to capture the feed and not capture and convert?
