Which C2D mobo (under $200) for my OCZ PC2-6400 800Mhz rams?

I'm hearing alot of RAM incompatibility with these mobos Gigabyte 965P-DS3 and Abit Ab9 (according to NE reviews)
I currently have the OCZ Platinum PC2-6400 800Mhz being shippped to me just to find out about those issues.

I'm pretty sure that i'm not the only one planning to put those 2 components together

The DS3 doesn't say that it supports OCZ ram, and from what I've seen on the forums, that seems to be the truth. Haven't seen much about the Abit though.
