Which budget LCD?

Well, I've begun the process or ordering parts for my new Computer. I've been looking at different monitors lately and I really just want a cheap, good, 19", widescreen LCD. Those are basically my requirements. I was originally going to get the Acer 1916Wabd but I have since found two other monitors that seem to fit my needs. They are the Samsung 940BW and the Viewsonic VX1935wm. I can basically get all three at nearly the exact same price which is around 200$. Any suggestions?

Why would you do a cheap LCD?

Because I really dont need a 300$+ LCD right now. I don't do any photo editing or anything similar so I just need something that will play games and look decent doing it. This is for my apartment here at school so I really dont mind as I wont be keeping this for the rest of my life. After I use it, it will probably just go home and become my parents'.
