Which budget board would you buy?

I want one with easy access to their site for updates etc. Good dependable board. Would you choose the abit KN8 NF4 or the MSI K8N Neo 4 F?
 
Judging that Abit is having some serious financial trouble, I would go with the MSI. I don't know if I would count on Abit to be around to support your board in the future.
