Looking for a new GPU and have decided to go with a 270X, unless there's a major deal on something vastly more powerful for roughly the same price. I have no plans on spending more than $220, and I will not deal with rebates, so don't try and tell me to choose something else that doesn't fit my budget.
There are 5 main choices I see when going for a 270X. There's a few Sapphire cards, a Gigabyte, an MSI (I don't need the Hawk version which is $230), an ASUS, and a HIS. I'm not too concerned with the factory OC or lack of as it's really only going to be a few FPS difference. I'd gladly sacrifice that for a better cooler, more robust PCB, or better overall product.
I'm basically just having a difficult time deciding which one is the best choice when all factors are combined. Price, cooling, brand reputation, product build quality, clock speeds. These are the cards:

MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127761
HIS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161443
ASUS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121802
Sapphire: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814202063

I'm holding off until Black Friday/Cyber Monday to see what sort of deals there are on older, more powerful cards before I make my purchase. I don't expect prices on the new cards to fluctuate much in the next 10 days or so. The last Sapphire is OOS right now, but might be back in by then. The only other thing I've seen is the flickering issue that's mainly associated with the MSI cards and multiple monitors. I run dual monitors, but I have no problems with the MSI if the problem is fixed.
Thanks for the input.
