I'm building a beast of a computer in the upcoming months, and have already gotten the case. That of course has nothing to do with this but still :) Because I do a lot of CAD and 3d Studio work in my spare time, I need to get lots of ram- I plan on aprox 512mb (I know I'm not getting any less, but will that be enough?)

I need pc133, and I need it to be decently reliable. Any recommendations? BTW, I probably can't affoard the likes of Corsair, but have been looking into Toshiba and Crucial.

Please make a recommendation of a good reliable brand that is also not hella expensive. Thanks in advance! :D

i have heard good things about Mushkin ram. if you're overclocking, i'd go with either Mushkin or Crucial. but even if you aren't, those 2 are definatly worth a look ;)

What kind of dimm sizes are you looking for 128, 256, or 1 512? I've had good experiences with Apacer w/Infineon and TinBGA ram

Mushkin.

Excellent customer service & sppt. Great performance. I think their rev2 stuff is currently the best there is.

Mushkin, Corsair, and Kingmax TinyBGA are among the best. Crucial's right up there too.
