I have it narrowed down to:

Kingston 512Mb for $86

Transcend 512 for $90

Buffalo 512 for $87

Kreton 512 for $87

Kingmax 512 for $90

Apacer 512 for $89

These are all listed as supported memory for the Asus P4S800D-E Deluxe board. I have never really paid attension to memory brands and would like to hear everyones opinion of which is the best brand. I will be buying 4 sticks of this 2 Gig. Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!!! :)

those are all fine so long as you don't intend to overclock, i'd recommend Kingston due to their great support.

Personaly I've had good luck w/ Buffalo aswell, but Kingston looks like the bigest name on that list so it might be a better idea using that much ram.

Asus sure doesnt have much to choose from for this m/b. Most of the memory suggested is from comanies I've never heard of. Plus Asus only has 2 different sticks of 1 gig memory that they have tested and approved. And all the 512 sticks they have approves are all Cas Latency 3.

kingston seems to be the only big name brand on there, so go for that. however, i would also look into crucial, as their memory seems to be the most compatible with the most motherboards

Another vote for Crucial, limited lifetime warranty with excellent customer service,so can`t go wrong with them IMHO.
