Which brand Geforce4 Ti4200 64MB should i get?!? HURRY READ PLZ EASY ?

I am looking to order a Geforce4 Ti4200 64MB video card from newegg.com

For about the same price range they have the same card made by---
Abit (Siluro) *(I read these were really good for overclocking but I dont think id do that unless it was easy and woudlnt hurt the card)*
Aopen Aeolus
PNY Verto



the cheapest is Abit for 118
most expensive is PNY for 123

which one should i get? IS there really a big difference?

Abit is a reputable manufacturer, i'd recommend the siluro.

i have heard that abit has gone downhill in recent years. dont the PNY have lifetime warrentys? go with the PNY if so
