I recommend Crucial. Great quality, stability, service, and lifetime warranty. They have never let me down in years.
You won't notice any difference. As another user pointed out, most of the time a laptop BIOS will default to the standard timings. Laptops are built for stability, not high-end performance. Just get the Kingston for $215, lifetime warranty and good quality :thumbsup:Originally posted by: Norske
Well this is what I have come across so far:
Kingston 1GB - $107.79
Mushkin 1GB - $151.00
Crucial 1GB - $139.99
I know Mushkin is always a great bet to go with, and since I'm already spending so much on the laptop I should consider the investment, but I'm curious if I will notice much difference between 2GB of Mushkin compared to 2GB of Kingston/Crucial? $302.00 v 215.58 v 279.98
