Which bounce flash to get for my D70?

I have a Nikon D70 w/ a SB-600 wireless flash...

I want to get a bounce flash to reduce the harshness of the flash in certain situations....

I've seen both Omni-Bounce covers that are small and just clip on, and then i've seen some of those taller models that go up ~ 6" and spread out at the top to difuse the flash and spread it out....

Which to get?

The omni-bounce isn't good outdoors or with high ceilings. Since the light souce isn't physcially enlarged it only softens the light by bouncing the spill off the ceiling and walls. If you've got a low ceiling use it at a 45degree angle. If your outdoors or the ceiling is too high for the 600 to reach use somthing like the pocket bounce. I also suggest you pick up a strobeoframe and sc-28 so you can keep your flash above the lense at all times.

With the flash at an angle near 90, I've been using an index card sticking up about 1 1/2 to 2" above the flash. I hold the card on with a rubber band. It definately helps to add a little bit of front light, while most of the light is still reflected off the ceiling. It definately helped in my 2-story great room.
