Which board would you keep? Asus A7V8x-X or ECS K7VTA3 rev 8?

I had to RMA my Asus board and then bought that ECS board when it was on sale at Fry's. I finally received my replacement board from Asus and am debating wether if I should keep the ECS or pop the Asus back in.

ASUS man. The ECS isn't better.

Keep the one with the more recent chipset and thus higher bus speeds, or the one that has a feature you need that the other one doesn't.

They're both pretty decent boards. My only complaint about the ECS board is that my pc freezes a whole lot more than with my Asus board.

Well if any of the two freezes _at_all_, then there is a different problem with your rig. Power, cooling, RAM quality. Don't blame the mainboards.

I had that asus board; couldn't believe its stability no matter what I did to it. I'd keep it to be honest.
