Which board to use ABIT KG7Raid or Iwill XP333-raid

I have both boards at my house and I am trying to decide which to use. I am using the Abit now, but want to change out.
Should i stay with what I have or sell the boards and get something better

Here is my setup

Athlon XP1800 (not overclocked)
Abit KG7 raid, only using 1 drive at the moment, but going to setup 3 drives for raid
512megs of Micron 2100ddr (2sticks of 256m)
Geforce 3 TI 200
Soundblaster live
350w power supply
crappy case
Liteon 12x cdrw
16x dvd
Intel network card

Doesn't the Iwill use the ALi chipset? I'd probably stick with the Abit.

I'm using the iwill right now and its runnig solid as a rock. Since Iwil uses the Ali chipset you'll never have a problem w/ that soundblaster and Geforce
