Which board is right for Duron?

I want to upgrade to a Duron 800.

I am very interested in the MSI K7T-Pro2 m/b.
I want a m/b with good stability and good performance.
If my budget can't quite extend to a ASUS A7V, then is the MSI m/b the next best thing...

I would go with the MSI. I have an Asus A7V, but I think the MSI are just as good if not better than the A7V.

I have the A7V, but I would not hesistate to try the K7T Pro2 if the price was about the same. I would definitely get it if the MSI was cheaper.

Of course before you make your decision, you should also consider the features of both boards (like ATA100 supports, etc.)

I have an Asus A7V and it had my Duron600 cranking @ 1GHz, but the MSI board is also excellent, I dont recomend the KT7 or KT7 raid as it is a great Motherboard, but doesn't have room for a big heatsink becuase of compacitors.

I think I'll get the MSI m/b. But I'm not sure if the K7T Pro2 is in Australia yet. No stores that I have been to had them.. Thanks for ya help mate!
