Which board is better of two? P67 Intel boards.

I have no idea. I do know that all my past builds (5) were using Asus boards and I've had nary an issue. I wanted an Asus board for my latest build, but none were in stock so I decided to try the MSI. It is a SB 2500K with the MSI board you linked and I love it. Everything just works and the OC Genie works very well. I'm at 4.6GHz with it via genie, but had to back down the RAM voltage as it sets it too high for 1.5V 1333 RAM. I'm not the overclocker I used to be, but it's been painless with OC Genie. I haven't done any 24 hour testing with Prime, but it works for me. The UEFI bios is kind of quirky, but maybe thats just me set in my old ways.

Only thing I see is the smaller form factor for the Asus board, what impact that might have for the build and the wire management if you're considering the same case for either. Looks like a toss-up apart from that.
