Which board is better-- MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR or Asus A7N8X Deluxe

I'm just curious on this one--At the current moment, i have an XP 1600+@1750mhz on the MSI board--and i was wondering if the Asus board would be better (I have to RMA this board cuz the On board LAN doesnt' work, and a couple other screwy things). So i'm just curious what woudl be a better board to get and why?
