Which board for P4 2.4 533 FSB and overclocking?

Hi all,

to continue the discussion from CPU/OVC: I'm getting Intel P4 2.4 CPU and have decided on DDR. I read a lot about motherboards and their OC potential but somehow cannot decide which one to buy. Epox EP-4G4A+ seemed to be the answer to my dreams, but now it looks like there are some memory OC problems. What I need is:

1. A board that can overclock with the best and have as much settings as possible. I don't need integrated video or audio, LAN doesn't matter
2. A board with at least 4 PCI, USB 2.0 and the ability to adjust all the OC setting from BIOS
3. A board that can run DDR 333 at 533 FSB setting if possible

I'm seriousely considering ABIT BD7-II (I know nr. 3 is not possible here), EPOX EP-4G4A+, and Asus P4B-533-V. Any other recommendations or which one of these should i choose?

Any advice?
