Question which board and cpu for home linux/kvm server

I am planning to build a system with linux (redhat or ubuntu) with kvm hypervisior and 3 guest (firewall,windows,linux) 6-8 gb ram per guest ,and i want pci passthrought .which motherboard and cpu i should buy ? internet is 25 mbps and 5 users
