which BIOS settings to use in ABIT KT7 RAID?

i've decided to get a duron system on the 9th or later (since there will be price cuts)

my friend has this board and i took a look at the BIOS settings. There are so much more settings like RAM delay etc. anyone know of a site which shows which options should be usedc to optimise performance and overclockabilty?

i have the same board. The manual which comes with it is pretty good at explaining what each setting does, so with a little common sense you should be able to get the best out of the board.
