NVIDIA GeForce GT750M GDDR5 2GB

y500

NVIDIA GeForce GT650M GDDR5 2GB

so which better and go for

aren't both those models old? i just fixed a lenovo y410 and it was a core duo and 2gb ram, it had vista on it but i downgraded to xp pro.
 
No, the Y400 and Y500 are the Lenovo's next-gen replacements for the Y480/Y580.

As for the differences between the Y400 and Y500, the Y400 is a 14" Single-GPU system while the Y500 is a 15.6" system with the ability to go SLI.

Also, you can now buy the Y500 with single/dual 750m's, don't bother with the older 650M.

As for Y400 vs. Y500, what is more important to you...portability or power?
