I want a GeForce2 GTS card, but can't spend more than $200 on it. The ones for under $200 are: VisionTek, Inno3D, eVGA, Guillemot, LeadTek, and Asus. The VisionTek is the cheapest and I also like Asus, but for a bit more. Any thoughts?

don't get the CL unless you plan on replacing the fan.

Creative is notorious for having crappy fans on their cards.

y'know, the 5500s are going for mighty cheap these days.....

RoboTECH,
We all know that the future of 3dfx depends on you telling the world all about it, even when no one is asking. I feel real bad that you got suckered in to the 3dfx hype, but to buy a card from a company on it's deathbed? Even if it's deathbed is a ways away, why take a chance on a company like that when there are better cards out there? Sure, the V5 is now priced around the same as a GeForce2 GTS ($145), but it's performance and visuals are still lacking. But, if you can keep finding suckers to go with 3dfx, then more power to you, as more sales will of course keep your favorite company alive a little longer, which means your card will not be a paperweight as soon as it should. Good thinking.

RoboTECH ,the topic is "which Geforce2 gts card is best",alot of Members here prefer cards from Nvidia or Matrox,ATi & don`t want a 3DFX card which is fine since it`s there money there choice.
Visiontek would be a good choice, btw it`s best to use Nvidia reference drivers rather then brand drivers from ASUS,Creative Labs etc.
