Which bank is better?

I'm trying to decide between Citi Bank and Bank Of America. I Plan on opening a regular checking account. Also, I'm a student. So which one is better?

See if you can find a Credit Union for your school. They often have VERY good deals.

Credit Unions are definately better if you have that option.
