bofa has an ok looking website but IMO, their security is lax. The password they force you to have cannot contain special characters. The passcode says that the length can be 4-12 characters but when you try to change your passcode to something longer - the only allow passcodes 4-8 characters in length. If the customer can see that, imagine what the internal security measures would be!
