Which ATI9700 do I have?

Hi, I bought a 9700 from a guy (who I have dealt with before) in the forums. I haven't installed the card in a computer yet (I will get some sleep before I do that) but I wanted to check it out quickly.

Well, the sticker on the back of the card says:
"S/N XXX Radeon 9700 128M"
"P/N 1029420610 063354"

Well, I thought that it would say 9700Pro 128M, but wasn't sure. After a visit to ATI.com, I found a "102 lookup guide", this apparently looks up the item with just the P/N that begins with "102".

When I do that, it shows as a "RADEON 9700 128MB VGA DVI-I TVOUT EXT-POWER". I haven't installed it yet, and will wait until tomorrow before I do. But, I just wanted to post this and find out what others know.

Would a 9700Pro say "Pro" on the sticker on the back? Would the 'Core' have more info on it?

Thanks for any info you can give.

BTW: I specifically asked whether it was a Pro or not in a PM BEFORE I agreed to buy it. I was told (and it said in his thread) that it was/is a 9700Pro. I have not contacted the seller yet though (this is just some info finding first).

Mine is not marked anywhere on the card, but the control panel ids it as a pro built by Ati. I was worried about the same that I got a bio flashed 9500 - but that was over 2 years ago and it is still running. Bought it oem from a bit of a low price shady outfit.

Mine doesn't say Pro either, but I am 110% sure that mine is a pro because I bought it directly from ATI the first day they release the 9700 Pro.
At that time, it was the only *9XXX* card.

The card shows up as a 9700Pro in the Windows Control Panel. I guess that I saw it 'only' label as a "9700 128MB" on the back, and then saw it listed as 'only' a 9700 from the ATI website and I figured quite possibly it is/was 'only' a 9700 (Non-Pro). I still hope that others will chime in.

Thanks for all of the info so far.
