Which ATI Driver Package To Use ??

I have a SAPPHIRE X800 Video Card, 256MB GDDR3, 256-Bit, DVI/TV-Out, 16 X PCI-Express ATI Radeon.

There are 3 (as far as I know) different driver packages to choose from.

Which one should I use and why?

ATI Catalyst but when installing don't bother with CCC and install ATI Tray Tools after. It will give you all the features you should need.
 
I like plain jane Catalysts - they work the best and don't have a lot of fluff like the other drivers do. Like others mentioned, you can forego CCC and use ATi Tray Tools as well.
 
Cat 6.2's are treating me very fine. I'm running the CCC for now with no noticeable performance hit.

YMMV depending on your system specs.
