XFX just recently started building AMD cards, so you can get their warranty for a 4850/4870 as well.

VisionTek has a lifetime warranty as well.

XFX has the best warranty. I understand that they cover overclocking as well as cooler changes.

XFX will warranty the original purchaser for HIS life (not the products life), and the first person to whom he sells the card... they allow you to OC and replace the heatsink/fan.
Oh, just register it after buying or your warranty is only 1 year.

+1 for XFX. Along with EVGA (only Nvidia, obviously) they are two great companies with good customer service and a solid warranty.

Visiontek's warranty is also for the lifetime of the owner, not the product cycle lifetime. They don't cover cooler modification or have the double-lifetime warranty as XFX does, however.
