Which one is better for gaming? I have all the other essentials (Soundcard, Monitor, Speakers, Keyboard and Mouse).

My budget is $700 CDN and I can only get parts from www.cancomputer.com so don't refer any online stores such as Newegg or TigerDirect. Thanks! Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated.

#2 looks the better take. Only because the only difference is PSU and GPU.

#2 has a 6600 NON-GT and #1 has 6600GT. Are you sure it's still the better take?

I'm not sure on the direct comparisons between GT and non. I just glanced at the video ram and didn't get too involved with all the numbers and letters. However, just glancing over at THG (It was the quickest comparison I could find) The 6600GT takes the cake on performance. They didn't do a comparison of the 256MB version so I don't know. Sorry for the mixup.

I can always get one later, this is just a temporary one.

Oh it's okay you don't need to be sorry. I don't think there are 256mb versions of the 6600GT though.

You might want to look into different kind of memory, those OCZ have high timings 3-3-3, IIRC. Lower timings would beneficial.

I'm not worried about it.
