Which Asus to go with.......?

I am asking for your advice and help experts for my new rig.

Which one shall I go for, they ar all nearly the same price (except the EVGA higher with around 25$). My other components are:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6400
Cooling: Freezer 7 Pro
RAM: Corsaia 2x1GB 6400C4
VGA: MSI 7900 GTX (no intention for SLI)
HDD: WD Rapto 36GB + Seagate 7200.10 400GB + Maxtor 200 GB (ALL SATA )
Drives: Liteon DVDRW16x + Liteon DVD ROM
Sound: X-Fi Fatal1ty
PSU: Corsair 520W

The system is mainly used for gaming and some video editing and DVD compiling. Some OCing will take place but not an extreme one.

quite a few new boards coming out. i'm sitting back and waiting to see how these new boards do and there full potential then i can make better decision and not rush and end up with a lemon. i suggest you do same. market is changing. so that board should last quite awhile. as i always say if you rush you end up regretting and buying twice to get the board you really wanted. look how many people rushed and regretted. dont be a guinea pig.

whatever board you get now should last you till the up and coming motherboards arrive from amd/ati that blend the graphics and cpu data doing away with fsb.
