Im planning to build a new gig and i have my eyes set on two asus motherboards. One of them being the p4c800-e and the other p4p800 deluxe. I know the c has the new chipset of the two but is it worth the extra 60 or so bucks. There is seems to be alot of people who have the p4p800. Thanks

The C is the Canterwood the P is the Springdale if you want the latest then get the P4C800-E, I have it and its a great mobo. Hard to say if its worth the 60 bucks thats your call, but you cant go wrong with that mobo.

I agree with WaTaGuMp. You can't go wrong with P4C800-e board. Includes Intel CSA Gigabit Lan and Intel ICH5R SATA.

I have the Gigabyte 8KNXP which has the Canterwood chipset and has been really stable.
