I also have the P4P800 Deluxe. However, the P4C800, all versions, was designed to be a server board, and is probably in the long run more stable and reliable. You need to look at the ASUS web site for the differences between versions, but I thing the plain Deluxe, not the E version, is short some desirable features if you want RAID capability. That said, I have experience NO stability problems with the P4P800 Deluxe.

Of the choices, the P4C800-E Deluxe is the board with the most features. The -E version is more desirable since it has both the Promise Controller and ICH5R for RAID as well as CSA GigE LAN. The non-E Deluxe board only comes with ICH5 and LAN which does not use CSA.

I found an ASUS Motherboard for Intel Pentium 4 / Celeron Processors, 800Mhz FSB Model# P4C800-E DELUXE Retail for $177, I'm putting the order for it and Intel Pentium 4 / 2.4CGHz 512k socket 478 Hyper Threading Technology 800 MHz FSB - RETAIL for $172. I need two of each so this is the best price i can find. Also am buying a great looking case, this is actually my second choice case because my budget was running short.
