Which Asus MoBo Will Work With This Setup?

Which of Asus MoBos (P5B Deluxe, P5W-DH Deluxe, or the P5W64 WS) will work with the following setup:

C2D 6600 (will be overclocking to 3.2 or 3.6)
Crucial 2GB DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) 3-3-3-12

I will have only 1 video card (Radeon X1950PRO) and no plans to go multi-GPU via CrossFire or SLI. I will be using the Tuniq Tower 120 as the CPU heat sink.

My two biggest concerns are the support out-of-the-box for C2D 6600 and the 2 GB memory and whether or not it will work with its 2.2v. I believe 1.8v is the default.

Looking to buy the board within 24 hours...
 
I am leaning towards the P5B Deluxe as there are too many people having too many problems with the P5W-DH Deluxe. No need to go for the more expensive P5W64 WS.
