Personally partial to Mama noodles from Thailand - The CREAMY shrimp variety.

There's quite a few good ones but that one I can always go to with a runny egg added.

This ramen at a place called gyu-kaku is the best ramen I ever had in my life.

If we're talking instant ramen I don't think Korea can be beaten with Nongshim and the various Buldak noodles. If I just want a regular bowl of ramen Nongshim red is my goto, and if I want something spicy the Buldak in the red bag with the chicken holding a bomb is great.

Just made some Taiwanese noodles. They're good. Sometimes I like something a little simpler, and not as much spice.

My favorite is Mike's Mighty Good because it tastes good and hits the right balance of calories and protein.

It's been at least 20 years since I've had a certain kind of instant ramen, so I can't remember the name or even what the packaging looked like. But it came with seasoning, a black sauce, and I think a chili oil IIRC. That stuff was so good. Now we just buy the Maruchan brand because that's all they offer here in our town.
