Which Arctic Silver to use???

Which Arctic Silver is the best to use on an Intel E2160 overclock???
ARCTIC SILVER 5
Arctic Alumina
Céramique

Anyone recommend a specific one of these?

I used Arctic silver on my current machine and overclock and its been a good product. My tube is a good 4 years old so I am considering either using it, or buying one of the newer Arctic Silver products.

Which is best?

some people really swear by the Céramique, I've just been using Silver 5 as I've had a tube of it for years.

I have a tube of Arctic Silver from my last build 4 or so years ago, forget if it is AC3 or 5. Thinking that i'll maybe grab a tube of Céramique just to be safe.....or I'm gonna mix up my old tube and put it on

Found both AC5HD and Céramique on ebay for super cheap. Got the good old AC5 in the end for $6.50 shipped.
