Which Arctic Silver to get?

As you all know, there are several kinds of Arctic Silver out there. I want to know their differences. I don't know which one to get for my TBird-800. Please help.

You want the small contact area. However, I've found that the small contact area Arctic Silver works fine for larger applications. Which is good because it is better for transferring heat than the large contact area Arctic Silver.
