which apartment to get?

I'd probably go with the larger of the two ... Other factors that would play a role though would be Does the Kitchen have a dishwasher?? is there room for one??
Does the unit have it's own laundry?? ... Is there a patio/deck for Grilling?? ... etc

both have no laundry, and both have a dishwasher. it has a patio and a large storage space.

If the $820 per month is affordable and not stretching your limits as far as what you can spend, it's probably worth the extra cost. It's a lot cheaper per sq/ft of living area so that would justify it for me.

If you're income is really limmited, and if $820 per month will mean you are forced to eat ramen noodles 7 days per week, then the smaller one .....

It really depends all on what's best for you.

In my case, the $820 option would be better, but that's not true for everyone ...
