I am stuck choosing between three different motherboards. Which one do you guys think I should go with? Please feel free to list any recommendations.

GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H

GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3

ECS BLACK SERIES A780GM-A

I'm actually leaning towards the ECS. It seems to have great reviews for the price. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Of the 3 you listed the first Gigabyte or the ECS. The Gigabyte seems pretty well rounded and has lots of features too, but is micro ATX. The ECS is a full ATX mobo and also has HDMI output, which I don't know if your going to use that option.

I'd recommend the mobo below, if you can afford the difference:
BIOSTAR TA790GX XE AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
Now it's $90 shipped, but it has more upgrade room than your selections. I don't know if you can afford the $15 more, but it would be a better selection, IMHO. It's compatable with the newer chips and HDMI output, if your going to use the onboard GPU.
