I want to overclock but dont need serial or regular IDE raid of any kind. Onboard sound, lan is good as well.

I am going to get the processor from newegg, so the board will have to come from there as well.

Which one should I get? I have 1 gig of bh-5 memory currently, but if there is better, I can get it at newegg at the same time.

You may want to hold off and check out what's coming up this week, I have heard that the Nforce3 250 is going to be released, which if you are loooking to overclock should prove to be your best option. If you aren't looking to be patient, I have the A64 3200+ and a MSI K8T Neo-FISR2 board that gets me to 2.23GHZ without any problems.

I would wait for the Kt880 boards and or nForce250 boards which are due out soon. The current boards do not have a PCI/AGP lock and thus are poor in overclocking.

If you have to buy now, I would go with the Shuttle board.

I'm going to hold off a week or two to see what comes out as suggested.

Thanks!
