Actually I think that the newer Radeon cards have the TV-Out functionality on chip - there is no separate TV-Out handling Rage Theater chip. One example is the Radeon 9000 Pro I have at home. I'm pretty happy with the picture it outputs to my TV, but then again the TV is a 21" old JVC.
