Which AGP 939 mobo should I get?

I am really tired with all that problems that I have been having with my ASUS A8V-Deluxe Rev. 02. I am planning to get a new board and hopfully that will solve my problems. I am not going to go for the nForce4 mb because I am gonna have to reuse my AGP x800 and my FX-55. Which mobo should I go for? Abit? MSI? I appreciate any input, thx!

The ECS KV2 Extreme looks very good (on paper). Quality capacitors, six-layer board, nice clean layout, lots of I/O. Haven't tried it yet, though.
