Which Adobe program will allow me to combine multiple images into one cycling image?

So that the images will change every minute. I want this so I can set the completed image to Active Desktop so I don't need a wallpaper cycling utility.

gphotoshow is (older 1.4.1 is free) and allows mp3 background music along with your own jpegs for screensaver.
