Which Abit P4 motherboard?

I am looking to get a new Abit P4 motherboard to o/c my P4 1.6a since my brand new Epox 4BDA2+ instantly fried itself...

Which one?

BD7II? BG7? BD7II-RAID (I don't need RAID, but could it do ATA133?)? IT7 MAX?

It would be nice to be able to run my new Maxtor hard drive at ATA-133, but I guess it isn't critical...

Will get the Abit IT7, or either the Gigabyte 8IEXP or their new Rambus board...
