Which 9800 pro has the crippled memory?

Most stores now list whether it is the 128- or 256-bit. If not, you should contact them to be certain. If it's a brand other than Sapphire, though, you shouldn't worry as they are the only manufacturer that put it out.

Hell yeah. Look at those reviews, a lot of them say they are being recognized as 9800xts. Not too shabby.
 
Viivo is correct. Sapphire was the only one I'm aware of that came out with the 128bit memory "Cripple Pro" scam. They ended up issuing a press release apology about the whole debacle.
