Which 939: MSI Neo2 Plat, Asus K8v, other?

Yes, i know MSI versus ASUS has been discussed before. I have read many of the comparos/review. My questions are:

Which is best for the first timer as far as: Ease of installation/Ease of troubleshooting and a good manual?

Are the MSI quality problems well founded? It seems ASUS has scattered problems too.

Will the Nforce3 chipset show significantly better performance with an Nvidia card (6800) compared to the K8v chipset? What about general performance between the two, is it noticable?

Anything else i should be concerned with? From what i read, each board is very good, and i *should* be happy with either.

i believe for easy use for newer users and no problems go with asus

for performace the neo2 is the best.

a 6800 will perform the same in either. i prefer the neo2, for its performance options, i also wanted the nforce chipset. so i went with it. the asus is still a decent board.

For beginners, Asus. Abit isn't bad either.
