Which 939 board? Epox or MSI Neo2

I just picked up a Gigabyte K8NS Ultra today from my local store since I couldnt find the MSI board in stock. After reading on several forums about the problems associated with the board, I decided not to open it and return it ASAP. I just can't decide between the Epox or MSI board and coming from playing with Intels, I am not intimately knowledgeable with AMD mobos.

TIA

Epox's are ok, but for fast and great OC (but can be a hassle to get running stable at first), the MSI is definately the fastest NF3/K8T800 generation board out there. If you want stability though, Asus comes out on top.

Those are the two boards I would decide between. The MSI is more expensive by $26 CAD. Besides one extra firewire 1394a port and dual gigabit LAN vs single gigabit? What are the other differences that one should consider between these two boards?

They're probably both great OCers--MSI's board is more famous for that, but I've seen an Epox 9NDA3+ do 300FSB too. Other than the features you mentioned above, they're probably equal from a technical standpoint.

I want to find a board that would work fine with 4 sticks of 512MB in dual channel. Which one of these would work?
