😉 Yup generally true ATI Radeons (built) are faster but then there are other manus which sell them with higher clocks, so it is always best to check the clock speeds before you buy. Buying a true ATI does guarantee build quality, image quality, functionality (dual display etc), clock speeds (although watch out for the lower clocked oem versions) and info /reviews are far easier to find.
🙂 Which ever Radeon you go for get a 128MB version, Rad9000PRO is largely inferior to Rad8500LE which again is inferior to the Rad8500. However a Rad9000PRO 128MB is better than a 64MB Rad8500/8500LE so see how the prices go. Rad8500LE is simply clocked 10% slower in both core and RAM but a Rad8500LE often equals or beats the faster clocked Rad8500 64MB.
