Which 7850 for reference design?

Hello.
I am looking to get a HD7850 and put a full cover waterblock on it (like EK-FC7850).
But then I need to know, is it easy to buy a 7850 and get a no-reference design one?
Is there somewhere listing the reference design ones, or something like that?
