Which 6pin and 8 pin PSU connectors should I use for a GTX 280?

I am getting a new build. I am wondering which 8pin and which 6 pin connectors to use on a GTX 280 card. The power supply I am getting is CoolerMaster Real Power Pro 750. It has two PCI-E cables, with each having a 6 pin and an 8 pin connector. They are not the 6pin+2pin connectors, it literally has two connectors on each PCI-E sleeve, about 5 inches apart. I checked and Coolermaster does not have a manual to download, so I will have to wait until I get the components to get a manual. Hopefully the manual will tell me which pins to use on a single card but I am wondering if anyone here knows.

Should I use the 8 pin connector and the 6 pin connector on the same sleeve for my single GTX 280. Or should I use the 6 pin from one sleeve and the 8 pin from the other? Or does it even matter.

It's best to use connectors on different wires (the latter option you posted), although it will probably work either way.

Yep, use the 8 pin from one connector and 6 pin from the other connector. You do NOT want to use the 6 and 8 pin on the same wire, as they are on the same rail and will not deliver enough power.
