I've heard very good things about XFX. I have no personal experience with them though.

Under $300? Hmm, interesting...

You see, this creates an interesting situation for me.
If I could get an American to buy one for me and then ship it to Sweden, I should not only save money compared to buying it here, but I can also sell my current ASUS N6600GT (not that it's bad by any measure) at domestic used prices, thus avoiding losing money compared to what I would otherise do...

Given that the 6800GT costs $470 with shipping here, this could be a bargain, especially from NewEgg. All I need is for someone to buy it and ship it. :D

And yes, here I go ranting about price differences again, but this time I'm not bitchin', quite the contrary in fact, so be quiet you. :p

I have had no issues with my XFX 6800GT, besides that it runs hot. (Admittedly - mines running at 410/1.11)

So XfX is good, or bad...

What about Prolink, or ELSA?

Any other places have sub $300 6800GT's that are worth looking at?

i just dont understand the huge price discrepancy at this stage of online commerce. is it delivery companies over there? price of fuel? high import taxes? nothing can justify that, imo.
