Which 32MB Video Card is better?

i would say the MX for game speed, the ATI if you like watching DVDs and such (but then again, why wouldn't you spend just a bit more and get a Radeon instead?)

The MX will be better in terms of performance and driver support. ATi's pre-Radeon boards had absolutely abysmal drivers.

The english might be a little rough due to the translator, but here are the "straight/translated" goods on the Radeon LE compared to the MX. The reviews are refreshingly different from the banter of some of the big sites where you might think that the reviewers are attempting to protect their stock portfolios.
