Question Which 32" 4K, 10bit, IPS monitor do you think has the best static contrast ratio? Oh, and isn't $2K+....? :)

Hi, I am trying to figure out which company/monitor/panel has the best static contrast ratio for a 32", 4K, IPS, 10bit monitor? HDR is of course, a plus, but as I said in the topic, I'm trying to stay away from the $3 and $4K mini LED monitors as that is (sadly) out of my price range.
