Which 2x2GB kit should I go with?

There are a ton of choices, and they're all so close to one another. Some have better timings, but I've heard some problems about voltage with some of them, so I'm sorta confused as to which I should buy now :|

Considering they're all about the same amount of money, price isn't really an issue. I'm just wondering what you guys think I should pick up for my build. We may end up OC'ing the RAM, but either way, I still need to make a choice.

I wouldn't count on being able to OC RAM. If you need RAM to run at DDR2-850 or 900, then buy DDR2-1000. If it doesn't run at that speed, then you have a right to return it. If you buy DDR2-800 and you get a bum stick that doesn't OC well, then you don't have that right as long as it does what it's advertised to do.

I'd buy the corsair. It's like this. If you don't know how fast they'll overclock from the reviewers, and the corsair is at a lower timing but at 800 speed like the slower timings at 800, the lower timings are probably a better bet. You may be able to get a higher overclock with 5.5.5.15 from the 800 4.4.4.12 than trying to overclock the 5.5.5.15 from 800 speed. The numbers really tell the tale, but to be sure, the IC's would inform you better on what type of performance you'll get from them in overclocking.

You can do DDR2-800 4-4-4 almost guaranteed, & have DDR2-1000+ 5-5-5 if so desired.

Yeah I like that Mushkin kit. If I were building a PC right now, it's probably what I'd go with.

i have the Gskill DDR21000 kit and it works great as advertised and no RMA problems out of the box. unlike crucial who can't get a kit right

I tried OCZ, corsair, the ballistix brand is going down the drain. The OCZs are decent enough, definitely better. A friend of mine got the Gskill DDR21000 kit on your list, running happily. So I'd avoid corsair right now due to quality issues. So to be sure, the Gskill is proven right now. Seems very solid, capable of 1000 and not too expensive. I'd go with that if I am to choose.
